Great teaching is about being yourself, not copying other people or acting as you think you should. If you're always on a stage, you're focusing on your stage presence, not the content and delivery of your lesson. It's so easy to copy a colleague's delivery or a mentor from your previous practice - that works for them. You're not them! You have your own personality. Own it.
