We are a group of schools based in Coventry, Solihull and Warwickshire who have a collaborative approach to teacher recruitment.

The group was originally set up in 2014 by the National College of Teaching and Leadership as a regional group of Lead Schools delivering School Direct.  Working together, we are a partnership of primary and secondary schools all with the same aim of widening the horizons of young people through the provision of excellent community education by way of recruiting and training the very best professionals we can.

Our schools include SCITTs, Teaching Schools and School Direct Lead Schools across the region who all operate in a variety of contexts and cover a wide geographical area.

All of us are looking for people with excellent communication skills and who can demonstrate their potential to become outstanding teachers.  We all want to recruit and develop new talent into our region to benefit our local young people and communities across the region.

Mindful of our commitment to continued professional development, this site is also provides access to the CPD offers that are available through the Teaching School Alliances and SCITTS within the group.  Be it developing a new subject or brushing up on existing subject knowledge, there is something for everyone.
